About
Built on the
factory floor
The Company Floor was not born in a startup accelerator or a venture capital pitch meeting. It was born out of frustration — the kind you only understand when you have walked through a factory at 2 AM trying to figure out why production stopped.
I am an IT manager who runs manufacturing operations across multiple countries. Every day I watched departments work in silos — production in one system, quality in spreadsheets, maintenance on whiteboards, HR in SharePoint, and executives asking for reports that took three people a week to compile.
The enterprise solutions existed, but they cost millions, took years to implement, and still could not tell you in real time what was happening on your factory floor. The small solutions covered one department and ignored everything else.
So I built what I needed. Department by department, API by API, dashboard by dashboard. 58 modules. 430+ data models. 21 departments. Every feature exists because a real person in a real factory needed it to do their job better.
The Company Floor is not software designed by people who study manufacturing. It is software designed by people who do it.
